The Wyoming Highway Patrol (WHP) is committed to transparency and meaningful engagement with the communities we serve. One of the tools we use to accomplish this is Citizen Connect. Citizen Connect is a public information platform that provides insight into selected law enforcement activities across the Equality State while respecting privacy, investigative integrity, and Wyoming law.
